We are the only facility in all of the Americas manufacturing and packaging Carbonated Crystals™ .

Carbonated Crystals™ consist of highly pressurized CO2 embedded in an edible matrix consisting of either sugar based material, or isomalt based material. We have the ability to produce GMO free product, and can use both natural and artificial flavors and colors as required. These Crystals can be eaten directly as a candy, or can be incorporated as an ingredient in a wide range of products to add pop and pizzazz.

Since 1992, we have served the creative and productive needs of many leading food companies in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America. More recently we have started developing markets for our Carbonated Crystals™ in Eastern and Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand and are more than willing to work with companies around the world!
